mmm..... Maybe she has presbyopia, its no the exercises that helped her, but she might had astigmatism and with a little help of presbyopia her vision changed dramatically causing her so see fine from far and near. Just a theory.

hey i have some tips . i went from -2.75D 6 months ago to -2.00D just a few days ago. Its important to drop any tendancy to see yourself as sacred or special which creates conflicts with other people apparently taking that status from you. I dont mean treat yourself like shit but be aware of that habit. acting like a cow is the root of it i think. cows have bad eyesight. if we go down that path we get the same results. best to not force ourselves into the conciousness of others.

No. Your myopia is probably caused by an elongation of your eyes. Then it won't work. Eye exercises only help improve myopia if it's caused by a spasm of the ciliary muscle (pseudomyopia). And if you have pseudomyopia then the refractive error is usually no more than -1.00 diopters.

Of course it works!Lol! if u base things on what others say then "good luck"to you and the rest of your life. What this guys is telling you is not only true but common results (nothing new)the "see clearly method" uses the exact technique only they add a combination of more stuff. Your eyes use (muscles) to function therefore if you are from this planet-this technique WILL work for you same as if you did 20 pushups a day-you get stronger(no matter what)

i think it only works if people are able to commit to it fully or have an honest approach. Its important that they realise they have nothing to lose and should be prepared for whatever the outcome is. They might notice doing the exercises brings on a change in how they feel, they might feel chilled out etc. Its important to take note of how different we can feel in just 1 day, 1 place.. Its not all reaction time. They see the players with them as they come down the court and because of player chemistry they know how that player will act as he gets to the basket. You don't always need to see the other player to know where he is on the court.

The problem with all these kinds of videos which say you can improve your eyesight naturally with simple exercises is that NONE actually tell you WHAT exercises you have to do, there are no details about it just some twit banging on about how good it is and that it works. I am a board certified optometrist. I hate to break the bad news but the bates method is total rubbish. The fact that the lady in this video still wears her glasses for driving means that the method has not worked at all. And as the other poster pointed out, Bates DIED IN 1931 !!!! He was a total quack, and his theories are complete WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!! Sorry to bring you back to earth dudes!

OMG this stuff Is crazy. After a few minutes my chest felt like it had less pressure on it and I saw like a picture of a fuzzy tv screen. You couldn't see the tv it was just the screen. I wanted to keep going but I have school tomorrow. Didn't want to fall asleep and not wake up in time. I am listening on iPod touch. So going to do this on a weekend

you are right many things are free in the world. when i go to the store to get food- i dont seem to get it for free- but i love food - i need to eat food- but no store will give it to me for free...sucks. so i work hard to get that food. certainly my hard work making these sound journeys doesnt have any value - but the hard work some take to make food has. these videos are a good listen - and they do serve as adds for my downalods- but they also are great on their own.

Actually someone from your company came around to my house and put a gun to my head and forced me to order your product. no it would not actually - even if you had the volume set to a bare minimal the entrainment would be as effective. people love to point this out. but fact is it has no effect on the entrainment and it being effective. having good headphones is a plus - the youtube video sound on this video isnt the greatest right now

Aren't that the lens change its shapes to focus on objects of different distances? Ciliary Muscles (inside the eyeball)contract to make the lens thicker, and relax to make it thinner. The shape of the eyeball is fixed and the eye muscles control the movement of the eyeballs.
